OAK MEADOWS EXISTS TO PROVIDE A DIGNIFIED LIVING ENVIRONMENT THAT EMBODIES GOD'S LOVE FOR ALL AND IS DEDICATED TO THE WELL-BEING OF OUR TENANTS, THEIR FAMILIES AND OUR STAFF. OAK MEADOWS PROVIDES INDEPENDENT, ASSISTED AND MEMORY CARE HOUSING AND SERVICES TO SENIORS IN OUR COMMUNITY.
