ON BEHALF OF THE CHURCH, IN WITNESS TO CHRIST, THIS AGENCY'S MISSION IS TO SERVE CHILDREN IN NEED FROM INFANCY THROUGH TRANSITION INTO ADULTHOOD AND TO PROMOTE THEIR MENTAL, SOCIAL, PHYSICAL, AND SPIRITUAL WELL BEING.
