THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES MEMBERS WITH OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION, NETWORKING AMONG THE MEMBERSHIP, AND IS A RESOURCE TO OTHER NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS FOR "BEST" PROCEDURES AND PRACTICES.
