OCC seeks to serve the community in a holistic way by meeting their physical, emotional and spiritual needs through educational means, counseling services and other activities. Our mission is anchored in traditional Christian beliefs while the various services provided are carried out in ways that uphold Biblical principles. Through the services we provide, we intend to impact the community by imparting Christian values so that they can see how the Christian faith is related to each of our lives.
