OLE'S CHARITABLE PURPOSE IS TO ENGAGE IN PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY, COMPREHENSIVE, PREVENTION-ORIENTED PRIMARY CARE SERVICES TO THE MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND TO CARRY ON OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES ALLOWED BY LAW, AS DETERMINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
