WHO WE SERVE: WE FUND GRANTS TO ELIGIBLE NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS WHO ARE DEMONSTRATING ONGOING, ACTIVE EFFORTS IN SUPPORT OF THESE FOCUS AREAS.
