TO RESCUE ANIMALS FROM SITUATIONS THAT ARE ABUSIVE, ENDANGERING AND NEGLECTFUL, WHICH INCLUDES POUNDS, STRAY DOGS, OWNER SURRENDERS IN DIRE SITUATIONS AND PUPPY MILLS. TO PROVIDE FOSTER HOMES AND CARE FOR THE RESCUES.
