THE MISSION OF ONEIDA MEDICAL SERVICES IS TO ENGAGE IN THE PRACTICE OF MEDICINE AND TO OTHERWISE PROVIDE THOSE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES THAT A PHYSICIAN, DULY LICENSED AND REGISTERED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK IS AUTHORIZED TO RENDER. IN ADDITION, THE PROVIDING OF OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY SERVICES THROUGH IT'S WOMEN'S HEALTH ASSOCIATES OFFICES.
