THE MISSION OF OPAA IS TO ENABLE YOUNG PEOPLE TO BENEFIT FROM PARTICIPATION IN TEAM SPORTS AND ACTIVITIES IN A SAFE AND STRUCTURED ENVIRONMENT. THIS ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN OPAA PROGRAMS TEACHES FUNDAMENTAL VALUES, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE FOR LIFELONG USE.
