OEF PROVIDES SUPPORT TO ORGANIZATIONS, AND WORKS WITH THEM TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT RELATIONAL ORGANIZING PLANS THAT FIT INTO THEIR LARGER MISSION, AS WELL AS PROVIDE THEM WITH THE TRAINING THEY NEED TO DEVELOP AND APPLY CORE SKILLS IN THEIR VOLUNTEERS.
