THE OSBORN NEIGHBORHOOD ALLIANCE (ONA) WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2011 BY COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND STAKEHOLDERS. THE MISSION OF ONA IS TO BE A KNOWLEDGE BROKER, ADVOCATING FOR RESOURCES TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF RESIDENTS IN OSBORN.
