OLBS OVERSEES THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR STAFF, FOOD, CLOTHING, SHELTER, EDUCATION AND MEDICAL CARE. IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS BROADER MISSION OF PUBLIC ASSISTANCE, OLBS MAY HELP WITH DISASTER RELIEF AND OTHER PHILANTHROPIC COMMUNITY PROJECTS IN LATIN AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN.
