THE OUTER BANKS COMMUNITY FOUNDATION HELPS MEET LOCAL NEEDS ACROSS DARE COUNTY AND THE ENTIRE OUTER BANKS. WE MANAGE CHARITABLE FUNDS FOR INDIVIDUALS AND AGENCIES, AND WE TARGET GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS TOWARD OUR COMMUNITYS MOST PRESSING NEEDS AND PROMISING OPPORTUNITIES.
