THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE TRUST IS TO RECEIVE AND HOLD PAYMENTS FOR THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL BENEFITS UNDER THE PLAN(S) ESTABLISHED FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE RETIREES OF THE OHIO VALLEY ELECTRIC CORPORATION AND INDIANA-KENTUCKY ELECTRIC CORPORATION WHO ARE COVERED BY CERTAIN COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS.
