THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROMOTE THE SPECIALTY OF EMINENT DOMAIN AND PROPERTY RIGHTS LAWYERS AND THE VALUE OF THE MEMBERSHIP'S SERVICES TO PRIVATE PROPERTY OWNERS, LARGE AND SMALL, THROUGHOUT THE NATION. OWNERS' COUNSEL OF AMERICA HAS ALSO ESTABLISHED A SCHOLARSHIP FOR LAW STUDENTS THAT WAS FUNDED BY MEMBER DONATIONS.
