THE LIBRARY SUBSCRIBES TO THE BELIEF THAT EDUCATION IS A LIFELONG PROCESS AND IT IS ITS RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE BOOKS, MATERIALS, AND OTHER RESOURCES TO PEOPLE OF ALL AGES ENGAGED IN THE PURSUIT OF KNOWLEDGE.
