Trust created in 1933, with Keybank as Trustee, to support the Warren Ohio Packard Music Hall and Band. Net income from the trust fund shall be used to establish and perpetually maintain a park band to be known as the "Packard Band", to provide for the organization and maintenance of a band which shall be a credit to the City of Warren ,and play for the edification and entertainment of the people of Warren, OH. Said band shall play not less than one free popular concert in each month. Under the Ohio Institutional Trust Funds Act of 1999, the beneficiaries have chosen to receive the maximum of income based on the greater of 5% of AFV or traditional income.
