ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED IN 2007 TO BUILD A LOW-INCOME HOUSING COMPLEX IN OKLAHOMA CITY FOR THE MENTALLY HANDICAPPED, TO BE FUNDED AND OPERATED UNDER HUD. NO ACTIVITIES IN THE ORGANIZATION OCCURRED UNTIL THE LATER PART OF 2009 WHEN CONSTRUCTION OF THE FACILITY BEGAN. CONSTRUCTION CONTINUED THROUGH 2010 WITH OPERATIONS BEGINNING IN 2011.
