TO GIVE APPROPRIATE MEDICAL TREATMENT TO MINIMIZE THE SUFFERING OF SICK, INJURED OR ABUSED CATS AND DOGS AND TO PRACTICE UPDATED HEALTH CARE GUIDELINES THAT AID IN THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF INFECTIOUS DISEASE.
