TO SUPPORT AND FURTHER THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND PROGRAMS OF PARC, INC., WHICH PROVIDES A COMPREHENSIVE ARRAY OF SERVICES TO CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS, AND ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.(CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)PARC ENDOWMENT FUND CARRIES OUT ITS EXEMPT PURPOSE BY INVESTING ITS ASSETS AND DISTRIBUTING UP TO 5% OF THE FMV OF THE INVESTMENTS TO PARC ANNUALLY.
