To carry on and engage in charitable activities within the meeting of Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue code; to benefit preserve and protect public parks within the town of Newburgh Indiana the Town to optimize their intrinsic environmental aesthetic and recreational benefits to work with and raise funds for the Towns Parks Board and to do those things in furtherance of the purposes of the Corporation permitted by law.
