TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION IN THE CENTRAL NEW YORK COMMUNITY BY PROMOTING, DEVELOPING AND COORDINATING THE INVOLVEMENT OF SCHOOLS, POST-SECONDARY INSTITUTIONS, BUSINESSES, EMPLOYERS AND THE COMMUNITY IN AN EFFORT TO EDUCATE OUR STUDENTS TO BECOME PRODUCTIVE, RESPONSIBLE, AND CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF OUR SOCIETY.
