THIS IS DONE THROUGH CONFERENCES, MEN AND/OR WOMEN'S RETREATS, MARRIAGE CONFERENCES, STAFF/FACULTY RETREATS. ALSO PARTNER WITH OTHER LIKE-MINDED MISSION AGENCIES FOR CONFERENCES THAT ARE DESIGNED FOR SOUL CARE OF MISSIONARIES.
