THE TERM "PATIENT EXPERIENCE" REFERS TO THE SUM OF ALL INTERACTIONS, SHAPED BY AN ORGANIZATION'S CULTURE, THAT INFLUENCE PATIENT PERCEPTIONS ACROSS THE CONTINUUM OF CARE.
