THE LARAMIE BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE WILL MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PROJECTS WHICH WILL THEN BE APPROVED BY THE CO-SUCCESSOR TRUSTEES OF THE PAUL G. ETCHEPARE TRUST.
