TO ADVOCATE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION OF SAFE, FUNCTIONAL, AFFORADABLE AND SUSTAINABLE HOUSING FOR SW FLORIDA RESIDENTS. PEACE RIVER COMMUNITY HOUSING PARTNERS, INC. (PORCH) TAKES A LEADERSHIP ROLE IN CONVENING ORGANIZATIONS THROUGHOUT THE REGION AND CALLING ATTENTION TO THE NEEDS FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING, OPERATING AS A COMMUNITY LAND TRUST TO BUILD, ACQUIRE, AND RENOVATE PROPERTIES AND MAKING THEM AVAILABLE TO LOW INCOME FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.
