THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED IS TO CELEBRATE THE ARTS IN THE PECOS VALLEY, INCREASE POSITIVE COMMUNITY RELATIONSHIPS, AND TO EDUCATE BOTH YOUNG AND OLD ALIKE IN THE MUSICAL TRADITIONS OF AMERICA.
