SPECIFIC EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE FOR THE STUDENTS OF PENN HIGH SCHOOL TRAINING IN THE BUILDING TRADES IN BOTH THEORY AND PRACTICE. TO PROMOTE BETTER MEANS OF INSTRUCTION FOR SAID STUDENTS IN ALL PHASES OF ENGINEERING, ARCHITECTURE, CONSTRUCTION, AND OTHER ALLIED SCIENCE.
