Mission
THE MISSION OF PLAY IS TO SERVE THE YOUTH OF THE CITY OF RUSHVILLE AND THOSE IN THE SURROUNDING AREAS OF SCHUYLER COUNTY, ILLINOIS. PLAY PROVIDES SERVICES AND RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT TO PROVIDE LOCAL AND EFFECTIVE PROGRAMS ENCOURAGING YOUTH TO BE PHYSICALLY ACTIVE.
