PROVIDE A VARIETY OF SERVICES TO THE RESIDENTS OF WILMINGTON WHICH ARE AIMED AT IMPROVING THEIR LIVES. THESE SERVICES ARE IN THE AREAS OF DIRECT SERVICES TO SENIOR CITIZENS AND THE PROVISION OF SPACE FOR PARTIES, CLASSES, AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATION MEETINGS.
