EMPHASIS WILL BE PLACED ON EDUCATING YOUTH AND THE UNDERPRIVILEDGED ON THE MERITS OF SPORTS ACTIVITIES AND FITNESS. THE STATE OF THE ART FACILITY WILL ATTRACT PARTICIPANTS FROM OUT OF THE STATE AND ALL OVER THE WORLD.
