THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE PINAL COUNTY JR LIVESTOCK IS TO ADMINISTER A JUNIOR LIVESTOCK PROGRAM IN PINAL COUNTY FOR YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, WHICH INCLUDES THE AUCTIONING OF THE YOUTH PARTICIPANT'S LIVESTOCK.
