THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROMOTE SPORTSMANSHIP IN AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUTH SOCCER PLAYERS THROUGH COMPETITION BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE STATE OF MICHIGAN.
