The Corporation is organized exclusively for educational and scientific purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended ("IRC") or any corresponding section of any future federal tax code. In addition, the Corporation is organized and shall be operated as a supporting organization, as defined in IRC B' 509(a)(3), and as such shall be operated, supervised or controlled by and for the benefit of the organizations described in Article IV, A hereof, all of which are governmental units described in IRC B' 170(b)(1)(A)(v) by reason of being political subdivisions described in IRC B' 170(c)(1). In furtherance of this purpose, the Corporation shall educate the public about United States wheat and agriculture through a newsletter, exhibits, lectures, films and demonstrations as well as through research, the results of which shall be available to the general public through the newsletter.
