THE GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO DEVELOP, EXECUTE AND IMPLEMENT A BROAD ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM TO ATTRACT NEW BUSINESSES AND TO ASSIST EXISTING BUSINESS TO IMPROVE THE ECONOMIC HEALTH OF THE PLANT CITY, FLORIDA COMMUNITY THROUGH THE CREATION OF JOBS, CAPITAL INVESTMENT, AND CASH FLOW.
