THE EDUCATION TRUST FUND WAS ALSO CREATED TO SPONSOR AND/OR FINANCE ANY ACTIVITY WHICH, IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES WILL FURTHER THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL OF EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PLUMBING AND PIPE FITTING INDUSTRIES.
