THE POHLAD GROUP VEBA TRUST WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN MEDICAL AND DENTAL BENEFITS TO PARTICIPANTS AND THEIR ELIGIBLE FAMILY MEMBERS PROVIDED AS COMPONENT BENEFIT PROGRAMS OF THE POHLAD COMPANIES MEDICAL AND DENTAL PLAN. THE PLAN IS SPONSORED BY MARQUETTE COMPANIES LLC AND IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS TO QUALIFYING EMPLOYEES OF CERTAIN ENTITIES UNDER COMMON CONTROL.
