Mission
PDP rescues dogs and cats, places them in foster care, provides wellness and spay/neuter services, and places them up for adoption. PDP also rescues stray, feral and unadoptable cats and places them in a no-kill, free-roaming sanctuary to live out their lives. We provide food, water, shelter and vet care.
