TO PROVIDE A FORUM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF EMERGING LEADERS IN PORTAGE COUNTY, TO PROMOTE EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION WITH ALL LEVELS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS INCLUDING ENCOURAGEMENT OF PARTNERSHIP ACTIVITIES WITH THE COMMUNITY AND INSTITUTIONS, TO SUPPORT COMMUNITY BETTERMENT ACTIVITIES THAT ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN PORTAGE COUNTY, AND TO PROVIDE INFORMATION AND FORUMS FOR DISCUSSION ON ISSUES AFFECTING THE PORTAGE COUNTY COMMUNITY.
