EDUCATE AND PRESERVE PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE AND CULTURE AS WELL AS ADVANCE ISSUES OF IMPORTANCE IN THE PORTUGUESE AMERICAN COMMUNITY. PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO COLLEGE STUDENTS. HELP TO PROMOTE AMERICAN CIVICS LIKE THE IMPORTANCE OF THE CENSUS TO AMERICANS OF PORTUGUESE HERITAGE.
