THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS THE DEVELOPMENT OF A LIFE PLAN COMMUNITY DBA BRIGHTEN HEIGHTS. THE FOCUS WILL BE TO SERVICE AND SUPPORT SENIORS WITH LIFESTYLE-FOCUSED PROGRAMMING. OUR MISSION IS TO EMPOWER SENIORS TO LIVE HEALTHY, ACTIVE, AND PURPOSEFUL LIFESTYLES. IT IS BUILT ON THE FOUR PILLARS TO POSITIVIE CHANGE - EDUCATION, HOPE, CHOICE AND SUPPORT.
