BOTH FEDERAL CONTRACTS ARE MADE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE JAVITS-WAGNER O'DAY ACT, WHICH REQUIRES THAT AT LEAST 75% OF DIRECT LABOR WAGES GO TO WORKERS WITH A DISABILITY. THOSE WHO COME THROUGH THE PROGRAM ARE TRAINED AND PLACED IN JOBS THAT IMPACT THE COMMUNITY AND ALLOW THEM TO SEE A JOB FROM START TO FINISH.
