Mission
The Preble County Land Reutilization Corporation exists to: reclaim, rehabilitate, & reutilize vacant, abandoned, tax foreclosed, and other real property under Ohio Revised Code 5722.02 & granted authority under 1724.07 by the Preble County Commission. Board members were appointed and a treasurer established (Brenda White). No funds were collected, no bank account was established. The corporation did register with the Ohio Secretary of State for an entity number in March of 2018. No meetings conducted until 2022 when the Preble Land Reutilization Corporation is essentially re-established. Filed for EIN incorrectly in 2022 and was assigned EIN 88-4085419.
