THE PROPERTY, ACQUIRED IN JANUARY 2005, IS A UNIQUE COLLECTION OF SIXTEEN VICTORIAN BUILDINGS, THREE OF WHICH ARE DEDICATED FOR COMMUNITY USE FOR MEETINGS AND OTHER EVENTS.
