FURTHER, THE PROPERTIES TRUST HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED TO BE A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTON 509(A)(3) OF THE CODE (A 'SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION') AND, MORE SPECIFICALLY, A TYPE I SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION UNDER SECTION 509(A)(3)(B)(I) OF THE CODE (A 'TYPE I SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION') WITH RESPECT TO MTC.
