TO PROVIDE A VEHICLE THROUGH WHICH THE COMPANY MAY CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE VEBA TRUST. THE FUNDS ARE USED TO PROVIDE FOR THE PAYMENT OF LIFE, SICKNESS, ACCIDENT, OR OTHER BENEFITS TO EMPLOYEES OR THEIR BENEFICIARIES.
