PROVIDENCE QUEEN OF THE VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER MEDICAL STAFF ("MEDICAL STAFF") IS AN UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATION COMPRISED OF THOSE PHYSICIANS, SURGEONS, DENTISTS, AND PODIATRISTS, (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO HERE AS "PRACTITIONERS") WHO PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE TO PATIENTS SEEKING CARE AT PROVIDENCE QUEEN OF THE VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER ("MEDICAL CENTER"). THE MEDICAL STAFF MAKES POSSIBLE THE CONTINUED LICENSURE AND OPERATION OF MEDICAL CENTER.
