THE CORPORATION SHALL EMPHASIZE (I) THE EDUCATION OF ALL PERSONS IN THE ART AND SPORT OF SKATING; (II) THE CREATION AND PUBLIC USE OF AN INDOOR ICE SKATING FACILITY, CAPABLE OF BEING SO USED YEAR-ROUND; (III) THE FOSTERING OF ICE SKATING COMPETITION, SUCH AS (BUT LIMITED TO) HOCKEY, FIGURE SKATING, AND SPEED SKATING EVENTS; AND (IV) COMMUNITY FUND-RAISING ACTIVITIES, TO PROVIDE THE FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND FUTURE OPERATION OF THE INDOOR ICE SKATING FACILITY.
