TO PROVIDE FREE AND REDUCED HEALTH SERVICES AND MEDICAL TREATMENT TO THE CHILDREN, CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS OF CLARK COUNTY AND THE STATE OF KENTUCKY. THIS ALSO INCLUDES PROVIDING INFORMATION AND EDUCATION REGARDING THE IMPORTANCE OF HEALTH AND HEALTH ISSUES.
