SCHOLARS OF REACH ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL WILL LEARN THE VALUE OF SERVICE, LEADERSHIP, CHARACTER AND CITIZENSHIP, ALONG WITH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS AS EVIDENT IN READING, WRITING, MATHEMATICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL COMPETENCIES.
